A Flavourful Barbeque Experience
The centrepiece of the evening was the barbecue, where slow-roasting meats and aromatic spices transformed the event into a sensory delight. The spit-roasted lamb and chicken souvla, gently turning over open flames, were cooked to perfection—succulent, smoky, and infused with Mediterranean herbs. Each bite was tender and juicy, the crispy outer layer giving way to melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
