We specialise in mobile BBQ catering and offer a variety of BBQ menus. Our services run at any time of the year, setting up and delivering a quality and premium service, in front of you and your guests.

Cooking Area– Our heavy duty gazebos allow us to operate throughout the year, whatever the weather. We provide lighting to be able to operate after sunset, for those late night events. The size of our gazebo is 4.5 x 3 meters – please ensure we have this space available – for events over 120 guests a larger space will be required.

BBQs – All food is cooked over hot charcoal, this is what gives you the true taste and smell you want out of a BBQ. We never use gas BBQs. Please ensure that all children are kept away from the BBQ area at all times.

Timings – We will arrive 2-3 hours prior to food service, this gives us enough time to set up the relevant areas. Food service will be approx 1.5 hours from your specified service time, after this time we will begin our clear down procedures and leave the location with as little disruption to the event as possible.

Hot Holding Equipment – To meet our strict HACCP and Food Safety procedures, we provide approved and regulated hot holding equipment to ensure all our hot food served is held at a minimum temp of 63°C. These units are electric and we will require 2x 240v 13amp sockets. They have a combined power of 6kW.

Heavy Duty Disposables – Disposable plates, cutlery and napkins are included. We are able to offer regular crockery and cutlery for an additional fee should you wish to upgrade – please ask for more details

Grill Chefs and Buffet Staff – We will provide the appropriate number of grill chefs, assistants and buffet replenishing staff in order to ensure the buffet is ready at your specified time. Our prices do not include serving or waiting staff.

Transportation – A transportation fee will be applied for bookings further than a 10 mile radius of EN4 0DW or if required to enter congestion zones and/or if parking charges are applicable.


As event planners not only do we provide you with the catering for your event, we can also assist in other areas of the planning, along with providing additional event staff, arranging and managing the logistics of the event, sourcing marquees, furniture, cocktail bars, entertainment and much more.
