What’s included in your canapé service?

Within the price we quote you we will prepare, deliver and serve the canapes you have selected. We will provide serving equipment/utensils and sufficient chefs and waiting staff along with a team leader/floor manager. Please note we will need access to a kitchen or separate preparation area. If access is not permitted or available there may be a small additional charge for the hire of cooking equipment.


Can I have a BBQ at any time of the year?

Yes, as a specialist in mobile BBQ catering we can set up and provide a BBQ all year round. Our catering tents are 4.5 x 3 meters, and work under them throughout the year. Please bear in mind the size of our gazebo when thinking of where to put us.


Do you need electricity and access to water?

Yes, all our services require onsite 13amp power point access. If your event is at a location where there is no available electricity, we are able to provide a generator, however there will be an additional cost. Please let us know when booking. We would greatly appreciate access to running water for hygiene reasons, however if there is no access, again please let us know so we can plan ahead.


Do you charge for delivery and set up?

Delivery and set up is free within a 5 mile radius of EN4 0DW. Areas out of this radius will incur a transport/delivery charge.


Do you provide bins?

Yes, we will provide bins and refuse sacks at every event. It is the client’s responsibility to dispose of the rubbish at the end of the event.


Can you provide extra staff for my event?

Yes, as event planners we able to provide anything else you may need for your party or event, including additional staff members. We can provide; waiting staff, kitchen porters and bar staff  and any other event staff. Please contact us for a quotation based on your requirements.


Do your fun food machines come manned?

Yes, at Inside Out Eventz we provide you with the full service. We provide you with a fully trained and insured member for staff for the hire period to make and serve your guests. To maintain our reputation and equipment we do not dry hire our fun food machines.


What colour/flavour Candy Floss do you offer?

Silly Nilly Pink Vanilla & Boo Blue Blue Raspberry are the options included in our hire price. We do however offer other flavors at an additional cost; O-Jay Orange, Bubble Gum Pink, Pina Colada, Choco-Floss Chocolate, Sizzlin’ Lemon, Sassy Apple.

Please Note: Silly Nilly Pink contains the colouring allura red (E129) which may have an adverse effect on some children.


What flavour Popcorn do you offer?

Original; Salty, Sweet, Mixed or Caramel – Glazed; Blue Raspberry, Caramel, Red Hot Cinnamon, Chocolate.


What can I do if we need to reschedule the date?

In the event that you have to request that the date be re-scheduled, we promise to do our best to accommodate your request but this may prove difficult at peak times of the year. If we are able to amend the booking date then we will not impose any further administration charges. If, however, your request cannot be accommodated then the relevant cancellation clause will apply.
