Inside Out Eventz – FAQs

Within the price we quote you we will prepare, deliver and serve the canapes you have selected. We will provide serving equipment/utensils and sufficient chefs and waiting staff along with a team leader/floor manager. Please note we will need access to a kitchen or separate preparation area. If access is not permitted or available there may be a small additional charge for the hire of cooking equipment.

Yes, as a specialist in mobile BBQ catering we can set up and provide a BBQ all year round. Our catering tents are 4.5 x 3 metres and we can barbecue under them throughout the year, no matter what the weather is. We will decide where to site our facility during our event design conversation.

Electricity

We use electricity: our services run on standard 13 Amp power. If, you can provide us with access to a safe, standard electrical outlet that’s great; if not, for a small extra charge, we are able to provide a generator. Please let us know when booking.

Water

We would greatly appreciate access to running water for hygiene reasons, however, if there is no access, again please let us know so we can plan ahead.

Delivery and set-up is free within a 5-mile radius of EN4 0DW. Areas out of this radius will incur a modest transport/delivery charge.

Yes, we manage waste during the event; will provide bins and refuse sacks at every event. It is the client’s responsibility to dispose of the waste at the end of the event.

Yes, as event planners we are able to provide anything else you may need for your party or event, including additional staff members. We can provide; waiting staff, kitchen porters and bar staff and any other event staff. Please contact us for a quotation based on your requirements.

Yes, Inside Out Eventz provides you with full service. We provide you with a fully trained and insured member for staff for the hire period to make and serve your guests. To maintain our reputation and equipment we do not dry hire our fun food machines.

Silly Nilly Pink Vanilla & Boo Blue Blue Raspberry are the options included in our hire price. We do however offer other flavours at an additional cost; O-Jay Orange, Bubble Gum Pink, Pina Colada, Choco-Floss Chocolate, Sizzlin’ Lemon, Sassy Apple.

Please Note: Silly Nilly Pink contains the colouring Allura Red (E129) which may have an adverse effect on some children.

Original; Salty, Sweet, Mixed or Caramel – Glazed; Blue Raspberry, Caramel, Red Hot Cinnamon, Chocolate.

In the event that you have to request that the date be re-scheduled, we promise to do our best to accommodate your request but this may prove difficult at peak times of the year. If we are able to amend the booking date then we will not impose any further administration charges. If, however, your request cannot be accommodated then the relevant cancellation clause will apply.
